112. Decompression and Shockwave in a Family Practice? Here's My Honest Answer
Aug 25, 202626 min
Dr. Tony Ebel introduces the Family Practice Podcast and answers a chiropractic student’s question about whether a pediatric and family, subluxation-based cash practice needs to add decompression and shockwave to be financially viable. He explains why many practices add these services. He argues a true family practice doesn’t need them because it benefits from low-cost referrals, lower lead acquisition costs, high retention, and monthly recurring revenue from long-term family wellness plans. 110. Who Not How: The System That Took Living Water From Maxed Out to Next Level Growth
Aug 11, 202650 min
Maybe you're not stuck because you need another marketing funnel. You're stuck because you're still doing the CA's job. Dr. Matt Hill sits down with Sadie Smith — office manager at Living Water Chiropractic and PX team member — for the conversation every maxed-out doc needs. Sadie went from part-time CA to running the entire operations side of a practice that scaled past 1,000 visits a week. In this episode, she breaks down the systems Living Water handed off first (hint: it's not what you think), the culture shift that made delegation stick, and why "Don't Bother the Bersanis" became the phrase that changed everything ------ Links & Resources: FREE PX Trainings The Proven Path to a Thriving Family Practice How Data-Driven Chiros Are Dominating with Today's Parents The NeuroAGE of Perinatal Chiropractic is Here Join 1,000+ Docs in the PX Membership Attend a Neuro-Tonal Certification & Adjusting Seminar (20 CEs!) ------ Key Moments: 2:00 Sadie's origin story, patient, to CA, to office manager 11:00 The ceiling every practice hits before they bring on operational leadership 14:00 "Don't bother the Bersanis," how one phrase reset the whole team's decision-making 20:00 Working Genius and why culture change starts with naming the gap 28:00 The case for taking everything else off the doctor’s plate first 29:00 Scanning: the first system every growing practice should hand off 38:00 Switching EHRs without stopping the practice, how Sadie led the project the Bersanis didn't have bandwidth for 41:00 The Italy test, what happens when the docs fully step back 45:00 Sadie's encouragement for docs and CAs who feel stuck in the mud ------ Want more of The Family Practice Podcast? 109. The 90-Day Test: Would Your Practice Survive Without You? — The Four-Part Practice Evaluation
Aug 4, 202644 min
Dr. Tony Ebel introduces the Family Practice Podcast and teaches a four-part framework to evaluate a chiropractic family practice in a specific order: (1) clinical results (“miracle metrics”) as the foundation, emphasizing measurable transformations, strong outcomes for babies and complex cases, and how results drive referrals, retention, compliance, and pricing; (2) patient experience/NPS tracked via “page two” progress questionnaires, with sample survey questions and reported high ratings, plus the role of team, technology, and automation in convenience and education; (3) business scoreboards and financial KPIs, highlighting care plan compliance as a key overlooked metric tied to outcomes and profitability; and (4) longevity, scalability, and sellability, including monthly recurring revenue, reducing key-person dependency, and building systems so the practice can run without the owner while preserving purpose. ------ Links & Resources: FREE PX Trainings The Proven Path to a Thriving Family Practice How Data-Driven Chiros Are Dominating with Today's Parents The NeuroAGE of Perinatal Chiropractic is Here Join 1,000+ Docs in the PX Membership Attend a Neuro-Tonal Certification & Adjusting Seminar (20 CEs!) ------ Key Moments: 01:08 Four Part Evaluation 06:05 Part One Clinical Results 15:51 Part Two Patient Experience 26:45 Part Three Scoreboards 34:36 Part Four Sellable Practice 40:34 Freedom And Focus ------ Want more of The Family Practice Podcast? 108. Quit Care Planning for Pain Relief. Second Trimester Moms Need This Instead
Jul 28, 202632 min
Dr. Allie Wright explains why the second trimester matters clinically and in communication. She reviews how nutrition to the baby shifts and how stress hormones and emotions can play a huge part in the future health of the child. She connects maternal stress to fetal nervous system development, temperament, immune/allergy risk, and gut microbiome transmission, arguing chiropractors should focus on nervous system regulation and appropriate care plans rather than only pain relief or supplements. 107. 4 Things That Get a Parent All In Before the Report of Findings
Jul 21, 202635 min
Dr. Matt Hill introduces The Family Practice Podcast and argues day two conversion is largely decided before the report of findings even occurs! He outlines four pillars to improve conversion across the entire funnel: relatability (listening so parents feel “these are my people”), trust (earned firm belief through science and nervous system education), connection (linking day one history to scan findings and a forward plan), and authority (personalized and predictive care plans, including expected early “soft sign” changes like sleep, digestion, movement, and appetite). ------ Links & Resources: FREE PX Trainings The Proven Path to a Thriving Family Practice How Data-Driven Chiros Are Dominating with Today's Parents The NeuroAGE of Perinatal Chiropractic is Here Join 1,000+ Docs in the PX Membership Attend a Neuro-Tonal Certification & Adjusting Seminar (20 CEs!) ------ Key Moments: 01:51 Day Two Conversion Myth 04:15 Four Pillars Overview 05:53 Pillar One Relatability 09:54 Pillar Two Trust 17:44 Pillar Three Connection 23:57 Pillar Four Authority 29:59 Apply Pillars Audit ------ Want more of The Family Practice Podcast? How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
