Go Behind the Music with Geoven Snaer and Dianne Kae Enriquez
When we first started The Front Porch Podcast, we searched for a theme song that would embody the spirit of Front Porch. What we didn't expect was to find the composers right here, within our own organization. In this episode, host Anna Hall sits down with Canterbury Woods Senior Executive Assistant Geoven Snaer and Registered Nurse Dianne Kae Enriquez to share how a casual conversation sparked a collaboration to create our podcast's original theme music. Along the way, Geoven and Dianne discuss their career paths in senior living, the relationships that give their work meaning and how communities thrive when people are encouraged to share their creativity and unique gifts. Careers often grow in unexpected directions when people remain open to opportunity. Trust, culture and shared values are essential to building strong teams. Older adults offer wisdom, perspective and encouragement that can shape lives and careers. Creativity isn't limited to artists—it's something people bring to every role and profession. Small acts of recognition and connection can have a lasting impact on others. Lifelong learning and personal growth continue long after formal education ends. Community is built when people share not only their skills, but also their authentic selves.
