Site Ready: The Future of Portable Welfare Facilities is an informative podcast exploring how portable welfare facilities are helping construction sites, events, workplaces, infrastructure projects and other industries provide reliable sanitation wherever it is needed. Each episode examines practical considerations such as hygiene, workforce welfare, compliance, accessibility, installation, servicing, capacity and choosing facilities that suit the demands of a particular project. From compact single-user units to larger modular toilet and shower facilities, the series explores how businesses can plan temporary sanitation without compromising comfort, reliability or operational efficiency. For organisations considering purchasing rather than hiring, the discussion can also introduce portable toilets for sale as a practical option for projects requiring dependable facilities over an extended period or across multiple locations. The podcast aims to give project managers, contractors, event organisers, facilities teams and business owners useful information they can apply when planning welfare infrastructure. Rather than focusing solely on the equipment itself, episodes explore the bigger picture: workforce experience, site logistics, maintenance, environmental considerations and the importance of having sanitary facilities ready when people need them. The series is designed to complement 21C's approach to portable welfare solutions, including portable toilets and showers available for different project requirements, with options for both short-term and long-term use.
