Lucas and Luna drill into the operational spine of growth: how marketing, sales, and revenue teams actually align data, tools, and incentives to turn leads into retained customers. Each episode picks a single company's real pipeline metrics — from unit economics to funnel leakage — and walks through the decisions that moved the needle. No founder mythologizing, no platform demos. Lucas presses on attribution models and CAC payback periods; Luna tests those numbers against customer psychology and sales cycle realities. Together they dissect what separates a functioning revenue engine from a growth theater. For operators, VPs, and anyone who sits in a weekly pipeline review and wonders if the dashboard is lying to them. What does a 10% improvement in handoff speed actually cost — and is it worth it?#RevenueOperations #SalesOps #MarketingOps #PipelineManagement #CAC #LTV #Attribution #FunnelAnalysis #SalesTech #Martech #GTMStrategy #GrowthMetrics #SalesEnablement #RevenueEngine #Marketin

How B2B Brands Use AI to Forecast Revenue More Accurately
Aug 18, 202612 minS4
In this episode of The Growth Operator, Lucas and Luna dig into the messy, high-stakes world of B2B revenue forecasting. They explore why traditional forecasting fails—the spreadsheet sprawl, the gut-feel overrides, the quarterly fire drills—and how AI is bringing probabilistic modeling, pipeline rigor, and scenario planning to the CFO's office. Using the example of a mid-market SaaS company that cut forecast error from 20% to 8% in two quarters, they break down the shift from single-point predictions to confidence intervals, the role of clean data, and how sales teams are learning to trust machines over intuition. Along the way, they touch on the psychology of forecast bias, the importance of leading indicators, and why the goal isn't to fire the sales team but to give them radar. Whether you're in RevOps, sales leadership, or finance, this conversation offers a practical look at how AI is turning forecasting from an art into a science. #B2BRevenueForecasting #AISalesForecasting #ForecastAccuracy #RevOps #SalesLeadership #AIinBusiness #PredictiveAnalytics #SalesPipeline #CFOTech #MachineLearning #DataDrivenSales #BusinessStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #GrowthOperator #AIForRevenue #SalesForecast #RevenueIntelligence Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
In this episode of The Growth Operator, Lucas and Luna explore how B2B companies are using AI to test and refine sales messaging at scale. They dive into a real-world case: a SaaS company that used AI-powered A/B testing to lift reply rates by 32 percent across six thousand outbound emails. The conversation covers the shift from gut-feel copywriting to data-driven iteration, the role of AI in generating and scoring message variations, and the practical challenges of maintaining brand voice while letting algorithms guide the words. Lucas shares a three-step framework for setting up AI-driven message testing without losing authenticity, and Luna offers a counterpoint on the risks of over-optimization. By the end, listeners walk away with a concrete approach to make their outreach more relevant and effective—and a reminder that the best AI is still a tool for human judgment. #SalesMessaging #AIinSales #B2BMarketing #OutboundEmail #A/BTesting #Copywriting #ConversionOptimization #SalesDevelopment #RevenueOperations #MarketingAutomation #ArtificialIntelligence #DataDriven #BrandVoice #SaaS #Business #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TheGrowthOperator Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

In this episode of The Growth Operator, Lucas and Luna explore how B2B sales teams are using AI to compress the sales cycle without breaking the buyer-seller relationship. They start with a startling stat: the average B2B sales cycle has stretched to over 100 days, up from 60 in 2019. But a handful of companies are reversing that trend by using AI to spot buying signals earlier, personalize outreach at scale, and automatically schedule demos and follow-ups. Lucas digs into a specific case: a supply-chain software firm that cut its average deal cycle from 90 days to 45 by having AI analyze customer support tickets and product usage data to identify high-intent buyers. Luna challenges the approach, asking whether this feels like manipulation or just better qualification. They also discuss the ethical guardrails needed to keep AI from becoming pushy, and they share practical steps for any B2B team to start shortening their own cycle. If you've ever felt your deals stall, this episode is packed with actionable insight. #AI #SalesCycle #B2BSales #RevenueOperations #SalesTechnology #DealVelocity #Business #Podcast #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Marketing #SalesStrategy #BuyerIntent #AIInSales #SalesEfficiency #CustomerInsight #Growth #SalesEnablement Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How AI Pricing Engines Are Rewriting B2B Contracts
Aug 14, 202610 minS4
In this episode of The Growth Operator, Lucas and Luna dive into the world of AI-driven dynamic pricing in B2B contracts. They explore how companies like Amazon and Uber have pioneered dynamic pricing, and how that logic is now moving into long-term B2B agreements, from SaaS subscriptions to manufacturing supply deals. Lucas explains the mechanics behind AI pricing engines that analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and willingness to pay, adjusting prices in real time. They discuss the ethical boundaries, the risk of customer backlash, and how sales teams need to adapt to a world where the price on the contract isn't final. With examples from Salesforce and Adobe, they examine how AI is enabling usage-based pricing models. They also touch on the role of data privacy and the importance of transparency. The episode closes with a question: can dynamic pricing work in every industry, or is it reserved for the tech-savvy few? #AIPricing #DynamicPricing #B2BSales #RevenueManagement #SalesStrategy #PricingStrategy #UsageBasedPricing #ContractNegotiation #AIInSales #SalesTech #Business #Marketing #RevenueOperations #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Podcast #SalesOperations #TechTrends Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
