Episode #96
Ian Puleston-Davies | Living With OCD | My Mental Health Journey & Life As An Actor. EP96.
Aug 11, 20261h 7m
In this episode of The Hurt Locker, we sit down with actor and writer Ian Puleston‑Davies for one of our most open conversations yet. For many, Ian is known for his work across television, film and theatre — but behind the career, he has lived with Obsessive‑Compulsive Disorder for most of his life. From the confusion and isolation in his childhood, to learning how to coexist with his condition as an adult and professional, Ian shares his story without filter. He explains how OCD has shaped his thinking, his choices and his resilience — and why it took him so long to feel comfortable talking about it. This episode is for anyone who has ever felt like their mind works differently, or who feels they have to carry their struggles alone. A conversation about understanding, acceptance and the strength it takes to keep going. Joe Jones |Your Light Matters| Blue Light Trauma, Suicide Survival & Fighting For Better Mental Health Support. EP95.
Aug 4, 20261h 3m
Joining Yinka is Joe Jones – a Liverpool lad, former blue light worker, husband and dad who knows exactly what it is to hit rock bottom and find his way back. Nine months ago, Joe tried to take his own life. He spent four weeks in secure care, left with almost no support, and faced a system that told him to wait three to four months for help while he was still in crisis. Here, he opens up about: - Years of burying trauma from emergency service calls and personal loss - The "be a man" mindset that kept him silent until he couldn't anymore - The moment his dad broke that generational silence and showed him vulnerability - The lasting impact on his wife, children and family - How he's now redefining what it means to be a father – raising sons who know it's okay to feel, to ask, and to be loved - His powerful 4,300 Lights project – honouring every man lost to suicide in one year - Why we need to stop ignoring the crisis in mental health funding, blue light support, and how we talk about suicide - The simple truth: we're stronger when we stop pretending we're fine. Raw, honest, unfiltered – and full of hope. Kevin Edward Turner MBE | My Journey with Dance and Mental Health. EP94.
Jul 28, 20261h 9m
The Hurt Locker Podcast opens the door to another powerful, unfiltered conversation — this time with Kevin Edward Turner MBE, Artistic Director and Co‑Founder of Company Chameleon. Awarded his MBE in 2025 for outstanding services to dance and mental health, Kevin's story is one of immense talent, deep struggle, and incredible resilience. From a young age, Kevin was a gifted dancer, but his path was shaped by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) that stayed with him. He went on to excel at a world‑class dance university — yet at the height of his training, he faced acute psychosis and was sectioned in his 20s. In this chat with Yinka, he openly shares what that time was like, how he found his way back, and how he turned his own pain into purpose. He went on to build Company Chameleon, using dance as a tool to connect, heal, and empower people from all walks of life. This episode pulls back the curtain on trauma, recovery, and how creativity can be a lifeline when everything else feels overwhelming — exactly the kind of honest conversation we're here for. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
