Lucas and Luna sit down at the home office desk to dissect the job search process from application to offer. Each episode focuses on a specific stage—resume formatting, interview question strategy, salary negotiation tactics—using real job postings and company cases. Lucas walks through the data: which resume layouts get past applicant tracking systems, how to quantify accomplishments, and what hiring managers actually scan for in the first six seconds. Luna pushes back with the human side: how to craft a narrative that connects your experience to the role, how to recover from a weak answer in an interview, and when to walk away from a bad offer. Together they analyze anonymized resumes from listeners, break down sample interview questions with scoring rubrics, and model negotiation scripts based on industry benchmarks. The show is for professionals who want a systematic, numbers-based approach to landing the right role—not generic advice, but specific tactics you can use tomorrow. Eve

The Hidden Cost of Your Job Search Strategy
Oct 3, 202610 minS5
Most job seekers treat their search like a numbers game, blasting applications and waiting for replies. But in the current October 2026 hiring landscape, that volume strategy is actively hurting your chances. We examine why quality signals matter more than quantity, using specific data on how recruiters filter candidates based on signal-to-noise ratios. Learn how to shift from applying to being discovered, and why your next career move depends on treating your job search as a strategic campaign rather than a transactional checklist. #JobSearchStrategy #CareerAdvice #RecruitingTrends #HiringMinds #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerGrowth #InterviewTips #ResumeWriting #NetworkingSkills #CareerCoaching #JobMarket2026 #ProfessionalDevelopment #EmploymentLaw #HumanResources #CandidateExperience #CareerTransition #WorkplaceCulture Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why Your Job Search Stalls After The First Interview
Oct 2, 20268 minS5
Most job seekers assume the interview is the hurdle. In reality, the silence that follows is where careers die. This episode dissects the 'post-interview black hole' using data from a mid-sized tech firm in October two thousand twenty-six. We explore why hiring managers ghost candidates after strong performance and how to break through the noise without sounding desperate. Lucas and Luna examine the psychology of decision fatigue, the hidden dynamics of panel interviews, and specific follow-up strategies that actually move the needle. If you have been stuck in limbo after giving your best pitch, this breakdown offers concrete steps to regain control of your narrative. #JobSearchStrategy #InterviewFollowUp #CareerAdvice #HiringProcess #GhostingCulture #ProfessionalNetworking #CandidateExperience #RecruitmentPsychology #CareerGrowth #EmploymentMarket #PostInterviewTips #HiringManagerInsights #CareerDevelopment #JobSeekerSupport #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerCoaching #WorkplaceTrends Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most professionals struggle to translate their daily tasks into compelling value for employers, often sounding either too humble or too aggressive. In this episode, we examine the specific linguistic shift required to move from listing duties to demonstrating impact. We look at how a mid-level marketing manager at a logistics firm reframed her quarterly report by focusing on cost-per-acquisition metrics rather than campaign volume. You will learn the 'so what' filter—a simple three-step question that strips away jargon and highlights ROI. This approach helps candidates articulate their worth in interviews without relying on generic buzzwords like synergy or leadership. By anchoring your narrative in tangible business outcomes, you stop competing on experience and start competing on evidence. The strategy is applicable across roles, from software engineering to human resources, turning abstract responsibilities into concrete proof of value. #CareerNarrative #ValueProposition #InterviewStrategy #BusinessImpact #CommunicationSkills #JobSearchTips #ProfessionalGrowth #ResumeWriting #SalaryNegotiation #CorporateCulture #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareersShow #WorkplaceWisdom #LeadershipDevelopment #EmploymentTrends #SoftSkills #HiringProcess Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most job seekers treat networking as a transactional ask, but the real barrier is often invisible social friction. In this episode, Lucas and Luna explore the 'warm reach' gap: why your existing contacts don't reply to vague requests for help, and how to reframe your outreach to trigger genuine reciprocity. We break down the psychology of professional obligation using specific examples from hiring managers and career coaches, showing you how to craft messages that get responses even when you feel like you're bothering people. The goal isn't to collect favors, it's to build durable professional trust. #NetworkingStrategy #JobSearchTips #ProfessionalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #RecruitmentInsights #HiringProcess #ColdEmailing #LinkedInOptimization #CareerAdvice #JobSeekers #InterviewSkills #ResumeHelp #CareerCoaching #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience #JobMarket2026 Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most job seekers treat salary negotiation as a binary fight over base pay, but the real leverage lies in the non-salary components of an offer. In this episode, Lucas and Luna dissect how to audit a total compensation statement using a specific case study from a mid-level product manager who traded two percent more base pay for four weeks of additional vacation and fully vested equity. We break down the hidden math behind signing bonuses, remote work stipends, and professional development budgets, showing why these flexible assets often outweigh a higher headline number when you calculate your true hourly rate and quality of life. #TotalCompensation #SalaryNegotiation #JobSearchStrategy #CareerGrowth #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #HiringTrends #RemoteWorkBenefits #EquityCompensation #CareerAdvice #InterviewTips #WorkLifeBalance #EmployerBrand #ContractNegotiation #ProfessionalDevelopment #VacationDays #SigningBonus #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
