The Biggest AI Mistake Everyone Is Making
Aug 25, 202613 minS3
The Biggest AI Mistake Everyone Is Making | Content Overload, AI Burnout & the One-Piece Rule Creating more isn't creating more value. This episode challenges the “use AI to post more” advice flooding the internet, walks through the research on information overload and cognitive fatigue, and gives you the One-Piece Rule: one intentional piece, fully realized, beats five half-finished ones. Call to action: Apply the One-Piece Rule to whatever you're making this week. Follow the show for next week's episode on what 2030 will actually look like.
3 Steps to Become the AI Hero of Your Own Life | Using AI With Intention, Not Dependence Artificial intelligence won't replace intentional people — it will amplify them. Backed by 2026 labor-market research showing AI is reorganizing work, not erasing it, this episode gives you three concrete steps to use AI to protect your time, sharpen your thinking, and decide on purpose what you keep for yourself. Call to action: Write your AI Identity Statement this week. Subscribe for next episode — the AI mistake almost everyone is making right now.
Comparison Is Quietly Stealing Your Life | Social Comparison Theory, Social Media & Self-Esteem “Never compare yourself to others” isn't quite right — and the latest research backs that up. This Month 2 finale separates the comparison that fuels you from the comparison that erodes you, gives you a simple three-day audit to tell the difference, and closes out the Identity month by tying systems and identity together into one foundation. Call to action: Run the three-day Comparison Audit this week. Follow The Mosaic — Month 3 turns to AI and the future, starting next week.
Your Inner Voice Is Building or Destroying Your Future
Aug 4, 202615 minS3
Your Inner Voice Is Building or Destroying Your Future | Self-Talk, Inner Critic & Ethan Kross's Chatter Research The most important conversation you have all day happens inside your own head. Using psychologist Ethan Kross's research on “chatter,” Arzu introduces distanced self-talk — a simple, well-studied technique for talking to yourself like you'd talk to someone you love — and a four-step framework for rewriting the voice that's quietly shaping your future. Call to action: Try the pronoun switch the next time you catch yourself spiraling. Subscribe now for the Identity month finale on comparison.
Stop Waiting Until You Feel Ready | Behavioral Activation, Confidence & Taking Action Before Motivation Confidence doesn't come before action — it's built by it. Drawing on decades of behavioral activation research from clinical psychology, this episode dismantles the readiness myth and gives you the 10-Minute Courage Protocol: a concrete way to act before you feel ready, every time fear tries to talk you out of starting. Call to action: Run the 10-Minute Courage Protocol on the thing you've been postponing. Follow the show so Episode 7 — on your inner voice — finds you next week.

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
