Apparently, the agency is also a voter registration agency and is sending registration forms to everyone who applies. But it gets worse...there are absolutely no guardrails and the agency even admits they don't cross reference the state database. It's another example of baked-in voter fraud and it's happening with the aide of generous taxpayers.
