Episode #83
When You Stop Waiting to be Ready (with Chantée Christian)
Jun 19, 202628 minS1
Most of us spend far too much time waiting: Waiting until we're more confident. Until we know exactly what we're doing. Until we feel ready. The problem? The feeling of readiness usually arrives after we take the first step, not before. In this episode of The Potentialist Podcast, I sit down with Chantée Christian, best-selling author and founder of the Conscious Leadership Summit, to explore why growth begins when we stop hiding, start showing up and take action before we have all the answers. Drawing from her own journey from working behind the scenes to becoming a visible leader, Chantée shares how discomfort, authenticity and meaningful connections open doors you never imagined. Listen in and discover: • Why waiting to feel ready may be preventing you from pursuing opportunities that matter • How one small act of courage can create ripple effects far beyond what you expect • How to recognize when an idea, dream or opportunity is calling you forward If you've been sitting on an idea, hesitating to make a connection or wondering whether you're qualified enough, experienced enough or ready enough, this episode is your invitation to take the next step. Your potential doesn’t unlock when you finally feel ready. It unlocks when you begin.
Embracing the Power of Nonlinear Careers (with Siobhán O'Riordan)
Jun 12, 202621 minS1
What if the very thing you've been apologizing for is actually your greatest advantage? Maybe you've changed industries. Switched directions. Collected experiences that don't seem to fit neatly together on a resume. While specialists often have a clear roadmap, many of us have careers that look more like a winding trail with unexpected turns along the way. In this episode of The Potentialist Podcast, I sit down with coach, leadership consultant and author Siobhán O'Riordan to explore why nonlinear career paths may be exactly what today's world needs. Drawing from her book, Reframe: How Generalists Thrive in a Changing World , Siobhán makes the case that generalists aren't scattered or unfocused. They're often the people connecting ideas, solving complex problems and helping organizations navigate change. In our conversation, you'll discover: • Why generalists make up nearly half the workforce, yet often feel invisible • How "looking around the corner" helps leaders spot opportunities others miss • How to tell your career story with confidence, even if your path doesn't look linear • What generalists need from managers, mentors and workplaces to do their best work If you've ever wondered how to explain your twists, turns, pivots or unexpected detours, this conversation will help you see them through a completely different lens. Your career path may not be messy after all. It might just be evidence that you're built to connect dots others can't see.

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
