#117: Nir Eyal: Beliefs Are Tools, Not Truths - Here's How To Swap Them
Nir Eyal has spent his career studying why people do what they do - and he'd come to a frustrating conclusion. He'd handed readers the answer to distraction on a silver platter, and most of them still didn't act on it. Knowing what to do wasn't enough. Wanting the outcome wasn't enough. Something further upstream was making the decision.
