Episode #242
#242 - When Home Isn't a Place: Life, Love & Being an Artist
What does home mean when you're constantly on the move? TyNia and I have both spent YEARS touring, living out of suitcases, staying in hotels, subletting apartments and going wherever the next job took us. And apparently, if you do that long enough, you might actually forget where you live. In this episode, we're talking about how our definitions of home have changed throughout our careers and our lives. We talk about touring, Broadway, New York City, relationships, buying a home, our dream houses and why sometimes "home" has absolutely nothing to do with an address. For me, that definition has changed a LOT. Home has been Fresno. Home has been New York. And now, home can simply be wherever family is at. So whether you've lived in the same place for 65 years or you're constantly packing another suitcase... You get to define what home means to YOU.
