CJC-1295 No DAC: Pulsatile GH Secretion, Recomposition, & Nutrient Partitioning
Aug 20, 20262 min
CJC-1295 No DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) offers a precise, short-acting approach to growth hormone stimulation that mirrors your natural biological pulses. In this episode of The Stone Protocol, Light explores how to leverage short-acting GH secretagogues for deep sleep, elevated downstream IGF-1, and body recomposition. Discover how pairing secretagogues with Retatrutide drives nutrient partitioning to build muscle while shedding fat. Main Topics Covered: DAC vs. NO DAC: Understanding why short-acting peptides protect long-term receptor sensitivity by mimicking natural GH pulses. Timing & Application: Strategizing pre-workout fasted cardio administration versus pre-bed deployment for sleep. Body Recomposition Mechanics: How downstream IGF-1 production enables simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain. Nutrient Partitioning Stacks: Combining GH secretagogues with metabolic compounds like Retatrutide to direct nutrients straight to muscle tissue. Key Performance Protocols: Pulsatile Protocoling: Use CJC-1295 No DAC at specific triggers (fasted morning or night) to optimize endogenous production without systemic drain. The Recomp Rule: Pair hunger control with nutrient partitioning to build muscle cleanly while maintaining a caloric deficit. Have you used growth hormone secretagogues to improve recovery or sleep? Cagrilintide vs. GLP-1s: Leveraging the Amylin Pathway for Clean Satiety
Aug 19, 20261 min
While Retatrutide, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide focus on GLP-1 receptors, Cagrilintide works off an entirely different mechanism: the amylin pathway. In this episode of The Stone Protocol, Light breaks down how Cagrilintide calibrates true satiety signals, allowing you to manage cravings and lean down without over-relying on high GLP-1 dosages. Main Topics Covered: The Amylin Pathway: Understanding how amylin co-secretes with insulin to signal biological fullness. Retatrutide vs. Cagrilintide: How to keep Retatrutide at a low baseline dose while using Cagrilintide for targeted satiety. Satiety Signal Calibration: Helping eaten food register accurately in the body without forcing appetite elimination. Strategic Cutting Protocols: Leveraging secondary pathways for clean body composition management. Key Performance Protocols: The Satiety Rule: Use amylin signaling to register fullness rather than continually escalating GLP-1 compound dosages. The Universal Rule: Effective peptide protocols are built on precision pathway selection, not brute-force dosing. Have you explored non-GLP-1 pathways for appetite management and satiety? Boundaries vs. Dominance: How to Govern Your Own Participation
Aug 18, 20263 min
A boundary is a decision, not a dominance threat. In this episode of The Stone Protocol, Light breaks down why telling other people what they are "allowed" to do fails, and how to define boundaries that govern your own participation in a dynamic. Learn to move away from control spells and deploy the 3-Part Boundary Protocol to build warm sovereignty. Main Topics Covered: Request vs. Agreement vs. Boundary: Understanding the difference between what you want, what is mutually chosen, and what action you will take. Control Spells vs. Boundaries: Why setting rules for others fails, while governing your own behavior works. Warm Sovereignty: Holding clear, enforceable lines without falling into hostility, coldness, or contempt. Enforcement & Self-Trust: Why repeating unenforced boundaries teaches others to ignore your lines. Key Performance Protocols: The 3-Part Boundary Protocol: Draft your boundary using this structure: "If [X], I will [Y]. We can then connect at [Z]." Choose only an action you are genuinely willing to take. The Universal Rule: A request names what you want. A boundary governs your own participation. Without enforcement, a boundary becomes a repeated request. Have you ever caught yourself issuing a threat instead of a clean boundary? Leave your thoughts in the Q&A below! Children do not need perfect parents. They need parents who know how to return. In this episode of The Stone Protocol, Light breaks down clean power in parenthood, why authority built on fear is underbuilt, and how to execute clean repair without burdening your child with your adult shame. Learn to deploy the 4-Line Clean Repair Protocol . Main Topics Covered: Face, Pace, and Tone: Why children read your nervous system state rather than your spoken philosophy. Clean vs. Coercive Power: Holding boundaries without humiliation and applying consequences without contempt. Clean Repair vs. Shame Traps: How to apologize cleanly without forcing your child to reassure you that you are a good parent. Protecting Sovereignty: Keeping the weight on the adult so the child gets a clean bridge. Key Performance Protocols: The 4-Line Clean Repair Protocol: 1. Here is what I did. 2. Here is what was not yours to carry. 3. Here is what I will do differently next time. 4. The boundary still stands, and so does my love. The Universal Rule: The adult keeps the weight. The child gets the bridge. Authority does not become weaker when it repairs; it becomes more trustworthy. Have you noticed your nervous system hijacking your parenting tone under stress? Menu vs. Vow: An Offer Is a Promise with a Boundary
Aug 16, 20263 min
An offer is not a menu of your talents. It is a vow and a promise with a boundary. In this episode of The Stone Protocol, Light breaks down why listing your skills creates foggy marketing, and how defining a clear, ethical bridge protects client sovereignty and gives your offer a spine. Deploy the 5-Line Offer Protocol to build an offer trustworthy enough to buy. Main Topics Covered: Tools vs. The Bridge: Why breathwork, strategy, and training are merely tools, not the actual offer. The Trap of Unclear Vows: How vague value propositions force marketing to become loud, hyper-promotional, and dependent on false urgency. Protecting Sovereignty: Moving away from "I will fix your life" toward "I will help you identify where power is leaking and build the protocol." Specificity as Alignment: Why narrowing your scope makes the doorway visible for the right clients. Key Performance Protocols: The 5-Line Offer Protocol: 1. I help [X]. 2. The leak is [X]. 3. The outcome is [X]. 4. The bridge is [X]. 5. The boundary is [X]. The Universal Rule: An offer is a promise with a boundary. The offer is the bridge, not the list of tools. If a promise has no ethical limit, it is fantasy. Are you currently positioning your offer around the tools you use, or the specific leak you solve? Leave your thoughts in the Q&A below!
