Ultimate Spider-Man #97-100/I'm The Other Guy (feat. Cameron Hamilton)

  Sep 24, 20261h 17m

A very special episode! Nabeel and Josh welcome returning guest and friend of the pod Cameron Hamilton back, to talk about the first half of The Ultimate Clone Saga! And boy, this one's a doozy! The guys chat a bit about the controversial Clone Saga storyline and its history, before diving right into these issues! The Ultimate Clone Saga is just as insane as the original, just condensed into fewer issues! Relationship drama, family drama, and sci-fi superhero drama, all wrapped into one crazy package! And this is just the first half! Plus: Josh tries to get us sponsorships!

Ultimate Fantastic Four #33-38/The Dark Seed

  Sep 17, 20261h 5m

And we're finally back to Ultimate Fantastic Four! Nabeel and Josh dive into the first major story arc by Mike Carey and Pasqual Ferry! And boy, this was a rough one. Big fever dream of a storyline, featuring plenty of sci-fi mumbo jumbo, so many new characters, and a frankly confusing series of events! Nabeel and Josh agree this is their least favorite Ultimate Marvel arc so far, which, considering they've read Mark Millar, says a lot! Not to worry, the guys still have plenty of fun tangents! Cosmic Marvel, The New Gods, and even X-Men movie casting is on the docket! Plus: How does Darkseid reproduce?

The boys are back to Ultimate Spider-Man! Josh and Nabeel are super-pumped to talk about the 2-part Morbius storyline! And oh boy, is it Morbin' Time! But first: "fan-mail!" Nabeel and Josh discuss their most-liked content on social media, along with the comics they're from. Then, the boys discuss Ultimate Morbius, vampires, and of course, HornDogs. Plus: The guys dive into Ultimate Spider-Man Annual #2, featuring guest-stars galore! Daredevil! Moon Knight! The Punisher! And a modern take on a goofy Spidey villain, The Kangaroo! All this, plus, we learn about Josh's beef with Jimothy!

  Ultimate X-Men #72-74/Pope Kurt Vonnegut

  Aug 27, 20261h 9m

The HornDogs are back! Nabeel and Josh discuss Ultimate X-Men #72-74, and Annual #2! The guys dive into the original character The Magician and his power to subconsciously write fan-fiction about being an X-Man! The real meat of the story comes in Ultimate X-Men Annual #2, where we learn just how awful Ultimate Nightcrawler is! Yay? Oh boy, this is a rough one. Plus: The guys sidebar about which X-Men they'd get along with, and give a big pitch to Marvel Comics!

Nabeel and Josh both loved this movie, breaking down the story, the characters, the themes, and all the juicy comic book easter eggs!
