Tyrone trained at Mountview in musical theatre and has worked extensively since graduating. His credits include: Gator, Memphis the Musical, London Lanx, Angel City, Edinburgh Fringe Genie, Aladdin, King’s Lynn Corn Exchange Doctor, Book of Mormon, Prince of Wales Theatre, West End - for which he received a Broadway World Nomination Seaweed, Hairspray, Curve Leicester Judas, Jesus Christ Superstar, Regents Park Open Air Theatre White, DreamGirls, Savoy Theatre Him, Angry, Southwark Playhouse, Offie Nomination The Academy of Homos or Everyone in America, Finborough Theatre, where he received his second Broadway World nomination. On top of all this, he won the Emerging Talent Award at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards, 2016, as well as the Mousetrap Best Actor Award for Judas in JCS. For the same show, he got two further nominations, Best Actor in A Musical, Olivier’s 2017, and Best Supporting Actor in a musical, WhatsOnStage, 2017.
