16. Self-Expression As An Avenue To Heal From Narcissistic Abuse
This week's episode of The Voice That Sees is a deep-dive into some pearls of wisdom that have been uncovered from breaking the cycle of narcissistic abuse in 2025. Beena discusses how narcissistic abuse and abuse of any form can impact authentic self-expression. Narcissistic abuse can involve being on the receiving end of gaslighting, manipulation, and controlling tactics to silence one's voice, thoughts, feelings, and needs. While this can deeply affect a person's self-esteem and confidence to express, the irony is that people impacted by narcissistic abuse do not have to wait until they feel they have healed this wound entirely in order to start expressing themselves. In fact, for those who have been silenced—speaking up, voicing your truth, and creating art are some of the most powerful avenues for healing. In giving yourself permission to start creating and taking a stand for your truth, you start to feel confident in your voice and your expression over time. This episode also dives into the themes of: unlocking power through your voice integrating the healthy, sacred masculine to set better boundaries walking in faith to help release control and re-write a new story full of healthy, loving, and reciprocal connections *More About Beena Patel: ❯❯❯❯ VOICE ACTIVATION SESSIONS: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/throat-chakra-quantum-activation/ Website: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/ Instagram: @theyogamovement Instagram: @musingsbybeenapatel YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc Insight Timer: Beena Patel - Teacher On Insight Timer ORDER YOUR COPY of 5th Gals Guide Anthology: https://galsguide.square.site/product/anthology-2026-rebellion/2XHUBFYMU7GVQHV6735GNVCQ ----more---- DISCLAIMER: This content is for informational and educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical and/or mental health care. © THE YOGA MOVEMENT LLC 2026.
