What separates a webinar that converts from one that empties the room minutes after the title slide? Lucas and Luna examine the mechanics behind virtual events that actually sell — not the generic 'host a Q&A' advice, but the specific triggers that keep an audience engaged through a live pitch. Each episode picks apart one real webinar funnel from a named company: the landing page copy, the sequence of slides, the moment the offer opens, the follow-up cadence. Lucas brings the journalist's eye for what the data actually shows (conversion rates, drop-off points, replay consumption) while Luna tests every claim against what she would have done as a marketer running the same campaign. Recent episodes have walked through a HubSpot product demo that generated 40% of its annual leads, a small SaaS company that used a 90-minute workshop format to close six-figure deals, and a B2B publisher that replaced trade-show booths with a weekly live series that now accounts for nearly a third of sponso

The Hidden Cost Of Webinar Repurposing
Sep 29, 202612 minS4
Most marketers treat webinars as one-and-done events, but the real ROI lives in the content lifecycle after the live stream ends. Lucas and Luna break down how to systematically repurpose webinar recordings into blog posts, social clips, and email sequences without burning out your team. We look at the specific workflow that turns a single ninety-minute presentation into thirty days of consistent marketing fuel, focusing on operational efficiency rather than just creative output. #WebinarMarketing #ContentRepurposing #MarketingROI #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #DigitalStrategy #ContentLifecycle #MarketingEfficiency #VideoMarketing #LeadGeneration #AudienceEngagement #MarketingOps #SaaSMarketing #B2BMarketing #ContentStrategy #WebinarFunnel #MarketingAutomation #GrowthHacking Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most webinar hosts obsess over attendance numbers, but the real revenue driver is conversion rate efficiency. We break down why a small audience with high intent often outperforms a massive one with low engagement. Using specific benchmarks from top-performing B2B funnels in late September 2026, we explore the math behind turning viewers into buyers. Lucas and Luna dissect the exact metrics that matter, from drop-off points to post-webinar email sequencing. Sep 27, 20268 minS4
Most webinar marketers obsess over the first sale, but the real money lives in the post-webinar journey. We break down why your onboarding is killing lifetime value and how to fix it using a specific retention framework. This episode explores the hidden cost of bad onboarding, using concrete examples from SaaS companies that doubled their retention by changing their Day One email sequence. We look at data from September 2026 showing that churn spikes within forty-eight hours for poorly guided users. Learn how to turn a one-time buyer into a loyal advocate without adding more ads or complexity to your funnel. #WebinarMarketing #CustomerRetention #OnboardingStrategy #SaaSGrowth #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #DigitalMarketing #EmailAutomation #UserExperience #LifetimeValue #ChurnReduction #ConversionOptimization #VirtualEvents #GrowthHacking #CustomerSuccess #RevenueOperations #MarketingStrategy #Fexingo Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most webinar marketers obsess over the live presentation, but the real revenue lift happens in the forty-eight hours after the stream ends. We break down the specific architecture of the post-webinar email sequence, using a case study where a B2B SaaS company increased conversion rates by thirty-two percent simply by changing the timing and content of their follow-up emails. Lucas and Luna explore why sending a recording link immediately kills momentum, how to structure the second email to handle objections, and the critical role of segmenting attendees based on their engagement level during the live session. This is not about generic nurturing; it is about capitalizing on the peak emotional state of the viewer while they are still thinking about your solution. #WebinarMarketing #EmailSequences #ConversionOptimization #B2BSales #DigitalMarketing #LeadNurturing #PostEventStrategy #MarketingAutomation #SalesFunnel #CustomerAcquisition #ContentStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #SaaSMarketing #ROIAnalysis #EmailCopywriting #LiveEvents Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most webinar marketers obsess over the slide deck, but the real conversion killer is often what happens between the landing page and the live room. We break down the 'ghost attendee' phenomenon using data from a recent SaaS cohort study showing that 40% of registrants never log in. Lucas and Luna explore how pre-webinar email cadences, timezone friction, and the psychology of commitment create a leaky bucket. We examine a specific case where a B2B tech company increased attendance rates by 25 percent simply by changing their confirmation page behavior, not their content. This episode moves beyond retention tactics to address the fundamental disconnect in virtual event acquisition. #WebinarMarketing #VirtualEvents #B2BSales #LeadGeneration #ConversionOptimization #DigitalMarketing #AudienceRetention #SaaSMetrics #EmailCadence #LandingPageDesign #BuyerJourney #CustomerAcquisition #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingStrategy #GrowthHacking #OnlineEducation #LiveStreaming Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.

What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
