I asked myself the same question until I read Nehemiah. Israel’s spiritual and mental turnaround didn’t happen because they ‘got it together’, it happened when they returned to the Scriptures and made public reading a practice again! That’s exactly why I’m doing this —for accountability, and to encourage anyone who listens.If the Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, then we have a responsibility to keep it burning.
