Three Questions invites you, the listener, to think beyond the expected, while having a great time doing it. Each episode explores a single topic where Meghann shares research, insights from her 24 years experience, and some great stories. But rather than telling you what to think, she'll ask three thought-provoking questions that spark curiosity, challenge assumptions, and help you come to your own conclusions. Whether you’re a movement pro, partner, parent, spouse, friend, or child, this podcast is for YOU. Each episode is around 30 minutes to tackle Three Questions with three big goals in mind: 1️⃣ Foster Curiosity and critical thinking: Because a little curiosity might just save the movement industry… and maybe the world. 2️⃣ Share What Works: Share techniques, observations, and research that Meghann believes in wholeheartedly. 3️⃣ Have Fun: Life’s hard enough. Let’s laugh and keep it real along

Episode #73
Episode 73 - Who's Afraid of a Little Old Niche?
Aug 17, 202645 min
Are you afraid to niche down because you think you’ll lose all the people you could help? In this episode of Three Questions, I’m making the case for getting way more specific about who you want to work with. Because your niche isn’t a lifetime commitment, and it doesn’t mean you suddenly can’t help anyone outside of it. It gives you someone to talk to, problems to get really freaking good at solving, and a clearer path for building a business people actually understand. In This Episode You'll Hear: How to identify the people you genuinely want to work with, not the ones you think you should choose Why fear of losing potential clients keeps so many businesses stuck talking to everyone Where to actually start once you’ve chosen a niche (hint: it’s not creating a course) If you’re great at what you do but struggling to explain who it’s for, this episode will help you simplify your message, understand your customer, and get specific enough for the right people to start paying attention. Episode 72 - Are All Your Problems in Your Head, or Because of Your Head?
Aug 10, 202653 min
In this episode of Three Questions, I challenge the idea that movement problems are always about weak muscles or poor technique. Instead, we dive into how your brain builds a map of your head using information from your skin, jaw, tongue, eyes, neck, and inner ear. And we also talk about what happens when those systems stop agreeing with each other… In This Episode You'll Hear: Why sensory mismatches can make your brain choose protection over performance How simple changes in head awareness can improve movement quality and confidence Practical ways to improve proprioception so your brain can make better movement decisions If you enjoy understanding the why behind movement instead of memorizing another list of exercises, this episode will leave you seeing your body, and your head, from an entirely different perspective. In this episode of Three Questions, I explore why so many of us fall into the trap of believing the newest idea has all the answers. From fascia to biomechanics to neuro, I unpack why these conversations become so polarized and why becoming a better teacher isn't about choosing sides. It's about learning how to connect ideas, question assumptions, and let research guide your curiosity instead of your certainty. In This Episode You'll Hear: How to stay curious without losing the foundation you've already built How to bridge biomechanics, fascia, and neuro instead of treating them as competing ideas Why research should help you ask better questions, not tell you exactly what to think If you've ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting information in the movement world, this conversation is an invitation to stay curious, think critically, and keep asking better questions. Episode 70 - You Already Know What To Do: Let's Question What Is Holding You Back
Jul 27, 202630 min
In this episode of Three Questions, I follow up on last week's conversation about stress by digging into the habits, routines, and beliefs we cling to, even when they seem to conflict with our goals. Instead of asking you to become a completely different person overnight, I challenge you to get radically honest about what you aren't willing to change, why you're protecting it, and how one simple shift can still move you forward. In This Episode You'll Hear: Why your brain naturally prefers familiar routines, even when they aren't serving you The surprising research behind how long habits actually take to form How to choose accountability that motivates instead of creates resentment If you've ever felt stuck between the life you have and the life you're trying to build, this episode offers a more realistic and more compassionate way forward. Episode 69 - Stress Is Undefeated, Your Body Doesn't Have to Be
Jul 20, 202636 min
Stress isn't going anywhere. The real question is: can your body adapt to it? In this episode of Three Questions, I skip the usual "just breathe" advice and explore why so many stress-management techniques fall flat. Together we'll work through three simple questions and movement experiments that help you understand how your brain maps your body and why that matters when life gets overwhelming. In This Episode You'll Hear: Why your feet may be the missing link in feeling calm and connected How better brain-body mapping can improve grounding, breathing, and movement Practical sensory strategies you can try immediately when stress starts building I want you to remember the goal isn’t to completely eliminate stress…. But that it's about giving your body the information it needs to respond, adapt, and recover. What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
