  Temperature Control by Mitchell Jones Realtor Hi. Mitchell Jones, Coldwell Banker, residential home sales. Well, today I want to talk about temperature control. I showed quite a few properties last weekend and had a blast with my first time homebuyers. We found though that the feedback was far more positive when the temperature in the home was at the ideal setting. Specifically, I would say somewhere around 70 to 75 degrees this time of year. If it's too hot or too warm in that home, it just doesn't lead to a favorable showing. You know, we're we're exceeding temperatures over 100 degrees right now here in Charlotte. And so if I can offer a really good tip today, if you're a seller, please make sure to have your air conditioner on. Make sure that it's functioning well.
