Road to WA Women's Track Episode 02 | WA Women's Track Night Training Series | Pete from Reclab
Monday 29th September 2026 Welcome to Episode 02 of Road to WA Women’s Track Night, the training series where we hear from four women taking part in the inaugural event, our physio and fueling experts and from our awesome presenting partner for the track night. With 26 days to go until the inaugural track night we check in with Savannah from the organising team on the latest developments including the announcement of the track night’s charity partner, Worthy Australia. In this episode we chat to Pete Carbone, the founder of Reclab and presenting partner for the WA Women’s Track Night. Pete shares the humble beginnings of Reclab which involved helping a mate out - and the concept of making people feel good to becoming Perth’s premium recovery centre. We chat about recovery, the sense of community that’s been key to Reclab’s success, the story behind Pete running City to Surf in an ice bath and the reason behind supporting the WA Women’s Track Night. Follow Reclab on Instagram @_reclab or book your next recovery session at https://www.reclab.com.au/ -------- This training series is brought to you by the WA Women's Track Night, a celebration of women's running and the community around it. An inclusive event designed to empower women to get on the track. It all happens on Saturday the 24th October at the WA Athletics Stadium from 5pm featuring races under lights, a DJ, food trucks plus much more - creating a real festival atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to come down - so head on down to lift up women's running in WA. The WA Women's Track Night is possible thanks to the support of presenting partner RecLab, and our community partners Ogging, Pentanet, Tyack & Co, and supporting partners the Town of Cambridge and Athletics West.
