Unmasking Your True Authentic Self | Dr. Alena Candova
Jul 28, 202635 min
Authenticity is not just being honest with the world. It is learning how to recognize the false identities, nervous system patterns, and subconscious programming that have been shaping your life beneath the surface. In this episode of Walk In Victory, NaRon Tillman sits down with Dr. Alena Candova to explore the journey of unmasking the true authentic self. Dr. Alena brings together subconscious reprogramming, applied neuroscience, somatic work, nervous system regulation, yoga, intuitive coaching, and deep inner awareness to help people recognize the patterns that keep them living from old conditioning instead of true identity. Together, NaRon and Dr. Alena discuss false personas, early-life programming, trauma patterns, body-based healing, intentional inner work, and why transformation requires more than information. It requires awareness, embodiment, and the courage to meet yourself honestly. In this episode of Walk In Victory, NaRon Tillman sits down with Dave Chametzky, a heart-centered mentor, Havening practitioner, podcast host, and guide for people navigating personal and professional growth. Dave shares how his own mental health challenges became a turning point that led him into deeper mentorship, coaching, and service. This conversation is for leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday people who know they are called to grow, but need the right voice, system, and support to help them move forward. AI does not fix broken business systems. It exposes them. In this episode of Walk In Victory, NaRon Tillman sits down with Patrick Bell, business growth consultant and AI transformation strategist, to discuss why leaders lose control when they adopt AI without structure, ownership, and accountability. Patrick brings a global perspective from Canada, Zimbabwe, Japan, Kenya, and Portugal, helping mid-size companies think through AI implementation in practical, measurable ways. Together, NaRon and Patrick unpack the blind spots that keep businesses stuck: unclear ownership, weak visibility, poor decision discipline, and content creation that does not translate into revenue. This conversation is not about chasing the newest tool. It is about building the internal and operational clarity needed so AI can serve the mission instead of creating more chaos. What separates the person who sees an abandoned house from the one who sees opportunity? Worldview. In this episode of Walk In Victory, NaRon Tillman sits down with Donzel Leggett, author of Make Your Destiny Happen, to unpack how the way we see the world shapes the way we move through it. Donzel shares his journey from Key West, Florida, to Purdue University, where he played Big Ten football, and into a global executive career built on purpose, discipline, strategic thinking, and personal ownership. He reflects on the intergenerational wisdom that shaped him, including the strength of his great-grandmother, who bought her own home in the 1930s and modeled resilience in the face of injustice. Together, NaRon and Donzel discuss worldview, victim mentality, leadership accountability, time management, continuous learning, and why most people never build a real strategy for their own lives. What separates a snowflake from a diamond? Pressure — and what you do with it. In this episode of Walk In Victory, NaRon Tillman sits down with Michael Dugan, author and creator of Turning Snowflakes Into Diamonds, to explore what it means to become a super conscious human being in the age of AI. Michael shares his journey from barely graduating high school to mastering emotional regulation, meditating three times a day for 25 years, and developing a framework that helps entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and everyday people turn pressure into power instead of being crushed by it. Together, NaRon and Michael unpack emotional intelligence, meditation, identity, human resilience, and why chaos can become fertile soil for creation when we learn how to govern our inner world. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
