WBSP895: Scale Growth by Understanding Campfire AI-Native ERP and How It Eliminates the Month-End Grind and Automates Finance, an Objective Panel Review
Aug 19, 202659 min
Send us Fan Mail Finance organizations are under increasing pressure to deliver faster insights and support better decision-making, yet many still depend on fragmented systems, manual reconciliations, and static reporting that prolong month-end close cycles and delay financial visibility. As a result, AI-native ERP represents more than a technology upgrade—it fundamentally changes how finance teams operate, report, and scale. In this episode, we explore what AI-native ERP reporting looks like in practice, including capabilities such as multi-entity consolidation, multi-currency reporting, custom financial dimensions, and real-time drill-down to transaction-level detail. We also examine how AI agents are streamlining the financial close by automating accrual drafts, identifying missing journal entries, and orchestrating structured close activities, helping finance teams reduce manual effort while improving accuracy and accelerating reporting. In this episode, Sam Gupta from ElevatIQ is joined by Hank Sun from Campfire where they discuss how Campfire AI-Native ERP can eliminate the month-end grind and automate finance. WBSP894: Scale Growth by Understanding Fulfil.IO’s Capabilities, an Objective Panel Review
Aug 18, 20261h 4m
Send us Fan Mail Many growing eCommerce businesses reach a point where their existing software can no longer keep pace with increasing operational complexity. Lightweight applications often lack the capabilities needed to support higher order volumes, expanding sales channels, and more sophisticated inventory and fulfillment requirements, while traditional ERP systems can be overly complex, costly, and difficult to implement. As the business scales, disconnected systems, manual processes, and fragmented data become increasingly common, reducing visibility across operations and making it harder to respond quickly to customer demand. The result is slower decision-making, operational inefficiencies, and shrinking margins at a stage when agility and scalability are essential for continued growth. In this episode, Sam Gupta and Shrestha Dash from ElevatIQ, Andy Pratico from Essential Software Solutions, and Phil Coerper from Ringling Business Solutions conduct an in-depth independent review of a leading FP&A platform Fulfil.IO. WBSP893: Scale Growth by Learning the Top ERP Systems for Product-centric Industries In 2026 w/ Sam Gupta
Aug 17, 202626 min
Send us Fan Mail Product-centric organizations operate in an environment where inventory, supply chain execution, and operational efficiency directly influence profitability. Unlike service-based businesses, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other inventory-driven companies require an ERP that tightly connects procurement, production, warehousing, planning, logistics, and finance into a single operational framework. Real-time visibility into inventory, costs, and business performance is essential for controlling margins, meeting customer expectations, and adapting to demand fluctuations. Choosing an ERP without fully accounting for these operational realities often results in fragmented processes, limited visibility, unnecessary customization, and costly workarounds that hinder long-term growth. In this episode, our host Sam Gupta discusses the top ERP Systems for product-centric industries In 2026. He also discusses several variables that influence the rankings of these ERP systems. Finally, he shares the pros and cons of each ERP system. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1FQNqyHNQ4 Questions for Panelists? WBSP892: Scale Growth by Understanding AI for Manufacturers and its Practical ERP Use Cases Without a Costly System Reset, an Objective Panel Review
Aug 12, 20261h 2m
Send us Fan Mail Manufacturers are under increasing pressure to adopt AI, yet many find it difficult to distinguish practical opportunities from market hype. In this webinar, we explore what AI actually looks like within a manufacturing ERP environment and where it can deliver measurable business value. We address common misconceptions, including the belief that AI requires replacing an existing ERP system, investing in enterprise-scale budgets, or operating as a Tier 1 manufacturer. Instead, attendees will learn how AI can enhance their current ERP platform by leveraging existing operational data to improve decision-making, automate routine processes, and increase overall business efficiency. WBSP891: Scale Growth by Understanding How to Save 30% on ERP Selection Costs Through ERP RFPs, an Objective Panel Review
Aug 11, 20261h 1m
Send us Fan Mail Most ERP initiatives struggle not because of technology limitations but because of misalignment among business stakeholders, IT, and software vendors. Organizations often move too quickly into product demonstrations without establishing structured requirements, assuming the software will naturally adapt to their processes. This webinar explores how a well-designed ERP request for proposal (RFP) serves as a strategic cost-control tool rather than a procurement formality. By creating clear requirements, reducing ambiguity, and establishing a shared framework for evaluation, a disciplined RFP process helps organizations avoid costly implementation mistakes and make more informed ERP investment decisions.
