I have been asking guests on my radio show 'What Do You Know For Sure?' since 2018. After listening to brief replies on more than 150 occasions at the end of 'Ignite the Radio Show' I decided it was such an interesting enquiry that I had to make more of it. And so this podcast was born! In this series I ask women of all ages & from all places to tell me what they know for sure. I believe when one woman stands in her truth, she encourages those who witness it to also stand in theirs. www.annehughesignite.co.uk

Episode #198
A really through provoking conversation with Hayley Brown about her knowing that her labels don't define who she is.

Episode #197
Tess shares beautifully her mothering journey, how she returned to education and began her caring career. A beautiful conversation about love, compassion, kindness, recovery, belonging and so much more. I am really moved by the level of compassion and kindness I witnessed as I had this conversation with Tess - an episode that perhaps leaves us all with some stuff to think about, particularly about those in the prison service. As Tess points out and I agree, prison is about about removing someone's liberty and not their humanity.

Episode #196
A great conversation about liking ourselves, being authentic, living our values... such a great listen with Charlotte Sherman.

Episode #195
A fascinating conversation about the increasing complexity of needs around drugs and alcohol, housing, social care services, and financial pressures in communities. Ruth Robin shares her thoughts and hopes for the future, and the essential need for more collaboration to improve the institutions who exist to support the people of Scotland.

Episode #194
A wonderful conversation about the power of recovery and the transformation it can deliver with its messages of hope and possibility. My guest is Annemarie Ward CEO and Founder of advocacy charity Faces And Voices Of Recovery. You can read more about the organisations work on their website, www.facesandvoicesofrecoveryuk.org

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
