The Brutal Truth About Chef Culture Nobody Talks About | Alan Coxon
Aug 19, 20261h 24mS1
What really happens behind the kitchen door, and what does decades of relentless ambition teach you about success? In this episode of What I Wish I Knew at 30, Fran Harper sits down with Alan Coxon, internationally recognised chef, author, television presenter, British food ambassador and food archaeologist whose extraordinary career includes more than 1,250 television appearances. From starting at 18 in Monte Carlo as the only English chef among 68 international chefs to surviving the extraordinary pressure of opening a massive European hotel, Alan shares stories from a culinary world few people ever see. But beneath the humour and extraordinary stories lies a bigger conversation about identity, pressure, leadership, burnout and the culture hospitality needs to leave behind. Alan reflects on why fear is the wrong way to lead, what he misunderstood about hard work and success at 30, and why decades of awards and recognition ultimately matter less than skills, passion, dedication and the people you help along the way. Funny, candid and unexpectedly thought-provoking, this is a conversation about what ambition costs, what experience teaches, and why there is so much more to a culinary career than life behind the kitchen door. The Family Pattern That Ends With Me | Dehne Bingham
Aug 11, 202653 minS1
From the outside, you've won. The title. The income. The house. The reputation. You've built the life you once said you wanted. So why does it feel like a cage? In this episode, Fran Harper, Identity Architect™️, explores the hidden reality of golden handcuffs, why successful people can feel trapped in careers and lives they've quietly outgrown. The real lock isn't always money. Sometimes, it's identity. When you've become the successful one, the provider, the strong one, the person everyone relies on, walking away doesn't just threaten your lifestyle. It can threaten your entire sense of self. Fran reveals why the all-or-nothing escape keeps high achievers stuck and shares three practical ways to begin loosening the cuffs without blowing up everything you've built. You're not always trapped by what you'd lose. Sometimes, you're trapped by who you'd have to stop being. You don't have to burn your life down to reclaim yourself. The work starts by separating the role from the self, and deliberately rebuilding who you are beyond achievement. Why One of Australia's Top Chefs Chose Aged Care Over Fine Dining | David Martin
Aug 4, 202653 minS1

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
