Amalia's Journey in Post-Menopause - One Month In!
Aug 16, 202630 minS2
One month into post-menopause, I’m checking in on what has actually changed, and surprisingly, a lot of it has been positive. In this episode of What the Pause?! , I share how I’m feeling after my first four weeks on the other side of menopause. I talk about the freedom of finally being DONE with periods, why HRT is still an important part of my life, the return of my energy and motivation to get back into the gym, and how I’m learning to think differently about my body at 54. I’m also starting a brand-new job at 54, which feels like a pretty powerful reminder that this stage of life is NOT about winding down. For me, post-menopause is starting to feel less like an ending and more like a new chapter filled with more freedom, confidence, perspective, and motivation than I expected. We hear so much about what menopause takes away. In this episode, I want to talk about what we can gain.
Amalia is back from her break and ready to talk about her last 4 weeks of menopause. Yes, on July 16th, she is now Post Menopausal!!! Listen to her most VULNERABLE episode covering loss, betrayal and self-advocacy! You will either be shocked, saddened, or able to relate. Trigger Warning - abuse and suicidal tendencies.
Self-Perception, Confidence and Menopause - Jean's Journey
May 21, 202630 minS2

I had such a meaningful conversation with Jean Leggett on the podcast.

We spoke openly about confidence, self-perception, menopause, and how easy it can be for women to lose sight of themselves through different stages of life and career. What I loved most was how honest and human the conversation felt.

Just two women talking candidly about growth, identity, and finding your voice again.

The episode is now live S2 Ep7.

Jean can be reached at www.jeanleggett.com, https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeanleggett/

How many high-performing women are silently navigating menopause while still expected to lead at full capacity?

In S2 Episode 6 of What the Pause?!, I sit down with Laura Kusto to talk about her menopause journey, identity, and what true leadership looks like when supporting women through this transition.

Menopause is not just a personal issue. It is a workplace conversation.

If leaders want stronger cultures, better retention, and healthier teams, emotional intelligence is no longer optional.

Are organizations truly ready for this conversation?

Telehealth Menopause Care in Canada - Amalia's Perspective
May 11, 202620 minS2

Canadian women are paying private telehealth clinics for menopause care because the public healthcare system keeps failing them.

Women wouldn’t be forced into paying hundreds or thousands out of pocket just to feel human again.

This isn’t about attacking telehealth. It’s about asking why women have been left with this as their only realistic option.

THAT'S SYSTEMIC BIAS.

#Menopause #WomensHealth #HRT #HealthcareFail

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
