No Motivation. Just Standards. “Dre is the best at being real, direct, and strategic as a coach.” — Work On Your Game University Member Work On Your Game is the daily MasterClass for high performers who refuse to rely on motivation, talent, or guesswork to win. This is not inspiration. It’s execution architecture. Each episode sharpens how you think, decide, and act — so your results stop depending on mood, luck, or external validation. The work is built on four non-negotiables: • Discipline — doing the same things, the same way, every day • Confidence — earned through preparation and proof • Mental Toughness — sustained execution under pressure • Personal Initiative — taking control instead of waiting to be chosen This is mindset, strategy, accountability, and execution — delivered by someone who has lived it, not studied it from the sidelines. Dre Baldwin is a former 9-year professional basketball player, author of 43 books, and 4-time TEDx speaker. Since 2005, his work has reached over 104 million people worldwide. The Work On Your Game Podcast has surpassed 7.6 million downloads. This MasterClass is for disciplined professionals who expect results from themselves — and demand the same from their systems. #3782: Most People Don't Want Freedom
Sep 21, 202617 min
Most people say they want freedom but actually want permission. Freedom means making your own decisions, taking responsibility for the consequences, and moving without waiting for someone else to validate your choice. I explain why permission feels safer than responsibility, why real freedom requires self-authorization, and why the highest-level performers create their own rules instead of waiting for someone else to tell them what they can do. Show Notes: [03:02]#1 Permission feels safer than responsibility. [07:31]#2 Freedom requires self-authorization. [11:46]#3 The highest-level performers create their own rules. #3781: Attention Is Cheap, Respect is Expensive
Sep 19, 202620 min
Getting noticed is not the same as being valued. Attention can be generated quickly through controversy, entertainment, or shock, but respect takes consistency, substance, competence, discipline, and results. If you want lasting influence and better opportunities, focus on building respect rather than constantly chasing attention. Show Notes: [07:27]#1 Anyone can generate attention. [10:59]#2 Respect is built through consistency. [14:11]#3 Respect produces better opportunities than attention. [18:08] Recap Next Steps: --- Execution is not a talent. It is a standard. #3780: How Notifications COOK Your Brain
Sep 19, 202633 min
Constant notifications can train you to react instead of intentionally focus. Every interruption pulls your attention away from what you were doing, and repeatedly responding to those interruptions can make distraction feel normal. The solution is to protect your attention by reducing unnecessary notifications and creating uninterrupted time to think and work. Show Notes: [09:52]#1 Your attention gets hijacked. [13:28]#2 Your brain starts craving the interruption. [18:38]#3 Deep thinking requires long periods of nothingness except thinking. [24:23] Recap Next Steps: --- Execution is not a talent. #3779: Why Boredom Is Your Secret Weapon
Sep 18, 202620 min
Today, I’m breaking down why boredom can become one of your greatest competitive advantages. Mastery is built through repetition, focus, and continuing to do the work after the excitement and novelty have worn off. If you can tolerate the boredom that makes other people quit, you can develop a level of consistency that produces extraordinary results. Show Notes: [04:50]#1 Boredom is where mastery is built. [08:25]#2 Distraction is a new competition. [16:00]#3 Consistency feels boring before it looks extraordinary. [18:38] Recap Next Steps: --- Execution is not a talent. It is a standard. #3778: You Get What You Earn – Not What You Deserve
Sep 17, 202622 min
There is a difference between what you think you deserve and what you actually earn. Effort, intention, and potential are necessary, but they do not guarantee an outcome. The marketplace responds to tangible value and results, so the better question is not what you deserve, but what you can do to make yourself impossible to ignore. Show Notes: [07:21]#1 Deserving is subjective. [12:37]#2 Earning is measured by outcomes. [16:29]#3 Replace entitlement with leverage. [20:15] Recap Next Steps: --- Execution is not a talent. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
