Your Body Knows
The Space Between Who You Were and Who You're Becoming
What happens when you realize you're no longer the person you used to be, but you aren't entirely sure who you're becoming? As I approach 41, I've been thinking a lot about transition and the strange space between old versions of ourselves and whatever comes next. In this episode, I'm talking about the grief that can come with outgrowing parts of your life, why missing who you used to be doesn't necessarily mean you want to go back, and what I'm learning about letting go of the need to have everything figured out. Because maybe the goal isn't to know exactly what's next. Maybe it's learning to trust yourself enough to move through the uncertainty.
